This workshop is an opportunity to get an insight into the mysterious workings of the gut and to understand a little about how much of an impact it has on your wellbeing. Naomi will explain the difference between prebiotics and probiotics, look at anti-inflammatory foods that you can easily add to meals. She will also explore the world of grains, talking about simple ways of preparing grains so that they are more digestible and expanding your repertoire to get that all important diversity into your diet. By the end of the session you should understand a little more about why dirty is the new clean-eating and be ready to feed up your microbiome with some delicious food cooked by Blid & Hatton's Maddie from Naomi’s recently published second book.
