Josephine O’Hare, Masterchef Finalist 2015 and accomplished private chef, recipe writer and stylist, is joining us in the Food Studio for an inspiring workshop.
Joey's food ethos is Vegcentric - that means going long on seasonal vegetables, and short on great quality meat or fish. It focuses on the idea that we should celebrate the use of fresh seasonal ingredients, the joy of mindful cooking, the wonders of flavour, and the pleasure of eating well in great company. A perfect match for the Blid & Hatton Gaterings team!!
Joey took part in the BBC's Masterchef the Professionals 2015, making it to the final twelve. Her work has since diversified into freelance recipe writing, blogging, and food styling, as well as cooking. In March 2106, she launched Hare on the Hill, a Vegcentric supper club in Clapham, London.
