Jack from Bake with Jack is back in the Food Studio for a second time, and will take you through the paces to make a perfect dough.
This time we'll make three of my favourites. Two super simple breads will make great showpieces for your dinner guest's; my garlic and herb knots and black olive & rosemary fougasse, and one slightly more advanced in the form of my honey, rye and sunflower seed crusty rolls. We'll build your understanding of each important part of the bread making process, highlighting common mistakes along the way, to make your bread a roaring success every time!
Jack has built up a following from bread lovers across the South East with his company www.bakewithjack.co.uk. He will guide you through each step towards making fabulous breads. The workshop will be part hands-on and part demonstration, with a light lunch and newly baked bread towards the end. All participants will get to take home their delicious produce.
