The fish used will be of highest quality and freshly collected from the Billing's Gate Fish market that same morning! You will also be able to take away a good quality filleting knife.
You will create a variety of delicious dishes that you can replicate at home, using techniques like curing and hot smoked fish and fresh fish combined with seasonal veg.
