Ozlem will guide you through a few traditional, flavoursome Turkish dishes, certain to tickle your taste buds and bring exciting, easy to make, healthy flavours to your spring table.   YOu will get the chance to make Circassian Chicken in walnuts sauce with red pepper flakes infused olive oil (Cerkez Tavugu), Courgette fritters with feta and dill, served with garlicky yoghurt (Mucver), Filo rolls with cheese and parsley (Sigara Boregi) & Zesty Semolina Sponge Cake in light Syrup (Revani) and Turkish Coffee.
