The term ‘dim sum’ refers to a vast array of bite-sized dishes typically eaten over a long brunch and served with tea. Whether savoury or sweet, dim sum dishes can be prepared in a number of ways (usually steamed, fried or baked). Making dim sum doesn’t have to be complicated and this class will give you the opportunity to learn a skill that will soon become a household favourite snack!
In this class you will be making a variety of dim sums, including traditional ‘potstick dim sums’, vegetarian Dim sums, Sui Mai - open Top Steamed Pork And Prawn Dumplings and Gyozas. You will be able to take home a box of your own hand-made dim sums to enjoy for dinner!
