What should I eat for lunch? If you’re fed up with reaching for a sandwich or your bog standard salad – here is your chance to get inspiration for making your lunch the best part of your day! Get in to the habit of creating delicious, yet nutritious lunches that works as well when you’re on the go as they do at home.

In this fun workshop you will Bec will share her inspiration for how to make lunch your favourite meal of the day! The workshop will bring you an array of ideas for planning fabulous picnics out in the wild as well as delicious lunches at home, covering topics such as: Lunch in a jar; Odds and ends into lunches  and The afternoon slump and sweet fixes. The workshop will end in an outdoor picnic (if the weather allows) or a leisurely lunch around the Food Studio table.

About Bec Dickinson

Bec Dickinson is a food stylist, photographer, writer and cake baker currently based between Melbourne and London. Her first cookbook 'Love Your Lunches' is out now.
