Join us for a 6 course tasting menu that will blow your mind, tickle your tastebuds and nourish your gut.  Alana from LAB and B/H’s Maddie will awaken your body and senses with their inspirational menu, created to support optimum digestive health using the Best of British produce. 

This is more than a Supper Club, as the duo will demonstrate how we can apply the latest gut-health research findings to create beautiful food, that not only satisfies your hunger, but helps you to feel happy and healthy in body and mind.

Each course will come with a short introduction by Alana as to how & why its scrumptious ingredients would be of benefit to us, should we include them in our daily diets. 

 6 Course Tasting Menu 

Welcome Drink - 

AWAKEN – Smoked roe, citrus & fragrant leaves

NOURISH – Bone broth, sourdough & beef dripping

RESTORE – Raw cheese, sprouted crackers & fermented garden vegetables

GROW – Broad beans, pickled turmeric aioli, dill oil & lovage salt

BALANCE – Bitter chocolate & chestnut cake with fennel

SOOTHE – Cucumber & lemon verbena kefir granita

There will be a gluten and dairy free options available. We will sell a selection of British Wines and Beers on the evening.
